I've used the Learning resources, such as LinkedinLearning, Udemy, etc. I feel like most of the folks I talk to from WGU Alumni are people who have continued learning through non-standard methods and circ*mstances, so being able to learn on our own time with these services speaks to a lot of us I think.

Pluralsight! As an accountant/auditor I was able to learn of IT related material and help further my career. Also, it’s great for preparing for an IT related certificate if it’s something you want to pursue.

"I waited for a long time to start my master's degree, afraid that my math deficiency would be an insurmountable hurdle. I finally realized that I just needed to do it. I am so glad I did it. "At the age of 75 years, I can say that anything worthwhile doing is within your grasp. You just need to take that first step, reach out and grab it. I do this for me, for my wife and kids. As a husband and a father, setting an example is what role models do. Lifelong learning is its own reward."We are so inspired by Chan Beauvais, the oldest graduate (75!) at our 100th Commencement in Salt Lake City last week! He's a shining example that it's never too late to achieve your dreams and that the pursuit of knowledge has no age limit. Chan's dedication and passion for learning remind us all that perseverance can lead to incredible achievements, no matter where you are in life. He earned his master's in data analytics and is already applying his R and Python skills in his role as Pharmacy Director of Business Information Services at Costco Wholesale. Congratulations, Chan! 🌟#LifelongLearning #WGUGrad #Inspiration #NeverTooLate #Commencement2024(Photo: Chan (left) and Joe Dery (right) VP/Dean of WGU's School of Technology
