Best drink delivery services in London
1.Nio co*cktails
Fancy having co*cktail bar-quality co*cktails delivered within 24 hours? If so, you need to meet Nio co*cktails. We’re not ashamed to say we’ve tried a lot of these and the quality really is exceptional, and the fact that they slip right through your letterbox is, well, just damn handy. You can build your own little boxes of three, six or nine co*cktails, or let Nio do the work for you via their regularly-changing collections. Oh, and did we say there’s free delivery on orders over £25? Because there is. Honestly, order and see what all the fuss is about. Seriously good stuff.
2.Vivino
You might know some wine bores that live by this admittedly-quite-brilliant site. It’s powered by a lot of very knowledgeable wine enthusiasts reviewing a huge range of bottles, with each given a consolidated rating out of five (anything above 4tends to be pretty exceptional). The beauty of Vivino, though, is that they can then point you in the right direction for getting it delivered to your door. Plus the search functionality is great and you can often find individual bottles that you can only get elsewhere as part of a crate. We’ve discovered some great drops from here, and were totally able to pretend we know about wine.

3.Beerwulf
These guys are these days leaning more toward the keg side of things (you can buy the taps here, too) but the beers by the bottle and can are still strong. We’re big fans of letting them do the hard workby picking one of their mixed cases, with the Abbey and Trappis case a particular, if deadly, highlight. (Watch out for the Abbaye du Val-Dieu Grand Cru – a seriously drinkable 10.5%-er.) The gift selection here is also pretty good, and you can subscribe too, which gives you a discount and free shipping.
4.Giordino Wines
This London-based booze delivery service has an admirable focus on Italian wine. The quality is exceptional, with many of the wines coming direct from their wineries in Puglia and Piedmont. Because you’re buying direct the prices are very good indeed, and there’s a very solid selection on offer too, from ready-to-drink options to vintage, organic and wines you can only buy through these guys. Plus it’s not just about the wine here: you can have high-quality food hampers, delicacies, spirits and even accessories (need a corkscrew? You got it!) delivered to your door. Definitely worth checking out.

5.Beer Monster
Ignore the name (unless, of course, you’d class yourself as a ‘beer monster’) because if you want a keg delivered? These guys are for you. You can order in a simple draught kegof Budvar or Adnams lager but if you want to really pour like a pro for your pals then you can get your hands on a Beer Monster beer tap, or thevery good Blade Beer Machine, helping you serve up pub-quality beers without sneaking behind the bar in an actual pub. Basically, if you take your beer seriously, you might want to check them out.
6.Drinks Delivery London
Drinks Delivery London claim to be able to deliver some drinks within an impressive 15 minutes, so if you’re in a lucky location, you can re-stock before you run out. They cover a range of spirits (vodka, whisky and more) as well as wine, champagne, mixers and all the kind of stuff you need to throw a decent, socially-distanced, government-guideline-following knees-up.Youcan also purchase one of their ‘party bundles’, which includes a selection of spirits and mixers at a discounted price.

7.Booze Up
Offering a collection of alcohol, soft drinks, snacks and more Booze Up promises late-night alcohol delivery across London in 30 minutes or less. And if things are getting hot and heavy? You can even add a pack of Durex onto your order. Ah, romance.
8.The Whisky Exchange
These masters of grain, malt and rye are celebrating their 20th anniversary, so they’ve kind of got booze delivery down. They go way beyond whisky though, with wine, beer, rival spirits and even everything you need to create a co*cktail at home. Plus they do some pretty cool virtual tastings now, too.

9.UberEats
Foodie favourites UberEats may know how towhizzyour localrestaurants to your door, but don’t think that’s all that they offer. There’s an entire section dedicated to delivering alcohol, from newsagents to specialist stores and pretty much everything in between. But you probably know that already, right? Anyway, we thought we’d include because they’re very good at what they do.
10.Waitrose Cellar
Sure, nabbing a delivery time isn’t always easy (they’re getting better!) but not many alchohol delivery services match Waitrose Cellar. Wine is, of course, a serious strong point here (they benefit from great relationships with growers and suppliers) but they’ve really upped their beer game recently too, with some decent craft options (FourPure, Brewdog and And Union) alongside crowd-pleasing lagers. And if you want spirits? They’ve got spirits. Loads of spirits, in fact. Plus, you’re going to get some excellent service given it’s Waitrose.

11.Fortnum and Mason
Well of course it’s not the coolest but it’s a London institution and most importantly, incredibly good when it comes to alcohol and online delivery. One day we’d like to be able to buy one of their incredible hampers laden with booze, but for now we quite like hand-picking a bottle of wine or two when we’re treating ourselves. However, they’ve also recently (we think?) launched some incredibly good pre-made co*cktails (go for the Espresso Daiquiri) and if that’s not something you deserve delivered to your door we don’t know what is.
12.Deliveroo
One of the UK’s big-boyfooddelivery apps, Deliveroo has access to thousands of eateries and off-licenses across the city. Naturally, they can also whisk their mopeds across the night and bring you booze, too – justpunch in your postcode and get ordering.Bottoms up!

13.Brewdog
They might have gone from its ‘punk’ roots to a massive global machine but Brewdog does make some damn good beer. In fact, they now make a lot more than beer, with ciders, spirits, alcohol-free drinks and loads of merch that you may or may really not be that interested in. Ordering on their site and getting it delivered to your home is the only way you’ll get access to every single one of their beers – including those new ones released each week. And just to tempt you some more? You can get free delivery whenever you fill your box, and every order delivered is carbon negative. Win-win.
